Bodyguard's Richard Madden reacts to Golden Globe nomination, says he should know soon if there will be a Season 2

Madden says he was stunned to learn he earned an acting nomination for his BBC/Netflix role. Madden says he and creator Jed Mercurio are meeting tomorrow. “And we’ll know then if it’s going to happen or not," he told EW. He also said to Vulture: "It’s up in the air, and tomorrow I’m actually meeting Jed, so I’ll know a lot more after we’ve met and had a glass of Champagne and celebrated a little bit of this beautiful acknowledgement. We’ve texted each other and we’re very excited to see each other tomorrow."
