ABC picks up The Baker and the Beauty

Victor Rasuk and Nathalie Kelley star in the title roles in the ABC romantic comedy. Rasuk plays a guy working in his Cuban family's Miami bakery when he romances an international superstar and fashion mogul, played by Kelley. Their headline-generating relationship results in a culture clash. The Baker and the Beauty is based on an Israeli series. The American version was developed by The Brave creator Dean Georgaris, who also created the recently ordered NBC legal drama Bluff City Law.
