Fellow cancer survivor Robin Roberts interviewed the Jeopardy! host on this morning's Good Morning America, where Trebek revealed he often has "surges of deep, deep sadness, and it brings tears to my eyes" because of his chemotherapy treatment. "I'm fighting through it," he said. "My platelets are steady, my blood counts are steady, my weight is steady." Trebek added: "I think I've learned that I'm an extremely lucky individual, because in spite of the fact this diagnosis is not a good one, I've managed to receive so much love from so many people." Trebek also weighed in on James Holzhauer, saying "it's exciting. I watch it every night." Trebek says Holzhauer has no weakness because he's a gambler. "He has forced me to change a view that I've had for many years ... that the Ken Jennings record will never be broken," said Trebek.
