Earlier this week, the CNN anchor amplified a conspiracy tweet that the U.S. senator was ineligible to run for president because of where her parents were born. In fact, Harris was born in Oakland, California, making her eligible to run for president. “I screwed up,” Cuomo said of his since-deleted tweet this morning on The View.
