Ciara to host the 2019 American Music Awards, Kesha to perform

The Nov. 24 ceremony will mark Ciara's second time hosting a music awards show. She previously co-hosted the Billboard Music Awards in 2016 with Ludacris. The American Music Awards also announced Kesha will perform for the first time on the awards show since 2013.
