Horgan, who is working with Lisa Kudrow on Fox's animated comedy Housebroken, is teaming with another Friends alum for a horror-comedy about "a dysfunctional family that moves from the city to a small town into a house in which terrible atrocities have taken place," per Deadline. "But no one seems to notice except for Pat (Cox), who’s convinced she’s either depressed or possessed – turns out, the symptoms are exactly the same." Horgan will serve as executive producer, with Trial & Error co-creator Jeff Astrof serving as writer. Shining Vale is poised to be Cox's first regular series role since Cougar Town ended in 2015.
