Former Anne With an E star Miranda McKeon is battling breast cancer as she returns to college

McKeon, who played Josie Pye on Anne with an E, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in June. McKeon, who is returning to USC for her sophomore year, is going public to raise breast cancer awareness.
