Hacks co-creators are developing AI comedy Hot Robot

Emmy-winning husband-and-wife team Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello are teaming with her younger sister, writer Genevieve Aniello, on Hot Robot, which follows a jaded young woman whose life is turned upside down when she’s recruited to work on a super-secret AI project by a big brother corporation. Genevieve Aniello, who will write the series, was most recently the showrunner, executive producer and head writer on Quibi's Gayme Show as well as a staff writer on The Other Two. Hot Robot will be shopped to streamers and networks.
