Howard Stern's "Evil Dave Letterman" dies

For more than a decade and a half, Stern had Dave VanDam use his David Letterman-sounding voice to make offensive and sometimes racist prank calls. It was unclear if "Evil" Dave ever met the actual Letterman, but the shock jock would tease the real Dave about the prank calls during appearances on The Late Show. VanDam died on July 3 at age 63.
