The Late Late Show host and the Oscar-nominated actress will begin filming next month on the six-episode limited series from Jez Butterworth, creator of Brittania, the screenwriter of Sean Penn's new film Flag Day and co-writer on the James Bond film Spectre. Plot details are vague, but Butterworth hints it's about the challenges of marriage. “A good marriage is the most magical thing. In a world of eight billion, you’ve found the one who gets you, ignites your body and soul," he says. "Who allows you to grow and flourish. Who gives you the spark, the confidence to become you. You’re also never going to have sex with anyone else, ever, and then you’re going to die, and be dead forever,” he said. Corden and Hawkins previously appeared together in a Late Late Show parody of The Shape of Water. Hawkins is a two-time Oscar nominee for The Shape of Water and Blue Jasmine.
