Less than a month after Hulu announced an unauthorized limited series that drew the iconic and controversial boxer's condemnation, Tyson has signed on to tell his story spanning his entire life with Foxx, Scorsese and Fuqua. “I have been looking to tell my story for quite some time,” Tyson said. “With the recent launch of Legends Only League and the excitement from fans following my return to the ring, now feels like the perfect moment. I look forward to collaborating with Martin, Antoine, Jamie, and the entire creative team to bring audiences a series that not only captures my professional and personal journey but also inspires and entertains.” Tyson will be written by Colin Preston with Fuqua directing and Scorsese as executive producer. Foxx had discussed playing Tyson as recently last year, saying he was training for the role. But he discussed playing Tyson for a movie. Tyson doesn't yet have a network or streaming service.
