Katy Perry mourns the death of her grandma

The American Idol judge took to Instagram this morning to mourn her grandmother, Ann Pearl Hudson, who recently passed away. "Ann Pearl Hudson was a fighter," she wrote. "She survived the Great Depression, raised 3 kids on her own as a seamstress, making G strings for showgirls and other such characters in Vegas.
