During a special episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show at the White House, Clarkson asked the first lady to tell what comes to mind when mentioning specific words. When Clarkson mentioned Bridgerton, Biden responded: “costumes and romance.” Clarkson alluded to the sex scenes in saying that her answer would be "so different." Biden, laughing, responded: "Okay, I know what episode you're talking about."
