Rachel Bloom to play twins as the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend team reunites for a Hulu comedy

Bloom and her fellow Crazy Ex-Girlfriend co-creator Aline Brosh McKenna co-wrote Badass (And Her Sister), which is in development at Hulu. Badass (And Her Sister) revolves "around an impossibly badass spy (Bloom) who tires of her life of sexy espionage and goes to live with her pushover twin sister (also played by Bloom) and, together, they learn what it means to actually be badass," according to Deadline. Bloom and McKenna plan to serve as co-showrunners. Bloom is also starring in another potential Hulu comedy, the pilot Reboot from Modern Family co-creator Steve Levitan.
