Downey interviewed Malek as part of guest-hosting today's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Turns out Downey is a huge Mr. Robot fan, and he tried to get in touch with Malek via email, text and even FaceTime. "I couldn’t even believe it was you for a second, I got the email from Robert and I thought 'Ok somebody’s playing tricks on me.' Then they kept coming, and they were so witty that I thought it could be no one else but you.”
