Ricky Schroder arrested for felony domestic violence for the second time in a month

The Silver Spoons and NYPD Blue alum was taken into custody early this morning for allegedly striking his girlfriend, reports TMZ. Schroder was also arrested on April 2 for felony domestic violence.
