Ricky Schroder will not be charged following his second domestic violence arrest

The former NYPD Blue and Silver Spoons star will not face charges after his girlfriend called 911 on May 1, alleging that he "punched her in the face." The next day, she told police that Schroder hat hit her accidentally.
