In Ramin Setoodeh’s new book Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View, O'Donnell says her and Goldberg's off-air tension played out on-air. “Some people would say, ‘What’s going on with you and Whoopi?’ “ O’Donnell, who returned to The View for the 2014-15 season for a few months before abruptly leaving in early 2015. “I was like, ‘Are you watching the show?
