Oscar-winning James Bond star Connery, who died today at age 90, was primarily a movie actor who only worked in TV early in his career, primarily in televised plays. Yet his death prompted many to recall Hammond's impersonation of Connery playing Celebrity Jeopardy! on Saturday Night Live. Hammond paid tribute to Connery on Twitter, accompanied by a video of his impression. "Sorry to hear of the passing of #SeanConnery, my condolences to his family. Always loved doing my silly impressions of him, RIP," tweeted Hammond, who quoted his impression: "'Mr Connery you wear me out!' 'You didn’t say that last night when I was pumping moo goo gai pan all over your tonsils!'"
