Page Six reports that Osbourne got a payday of up to eight figures after CBS announced Friday that she "has decided to leave The Talk." “Sharon is walking away with a $5 to $10 million minimum payout and was able to spin that it was her decision (to leave the show),” a source tells Page Six. Another source adds that Osbourne is not only getting a big settlement, but she's free to speak out following her departure. “Sharon will talk when she is ready,” the source said. “She still wants to give her side of the story. She has been on that show for 11 years and knows all the secrets.” Page Six further reports that Osbourne's lawyer negotiated that CBS issue a soft statement about her departure to leave the door open for her to continue working on another TV network. Osbourne hasn't tweeted since March 11, when she issued a lengthy statement apologizing for her behavior on the emotional March 10 Talk episode. She did break her social media silence on Instagram on Sunday to post a throwback video of her son Jack Osbourne.
