The CW cancels The Republic of Sarah after one season

The drama starring Stella Baker in the title role about a small New Hampshire town that declares its independence as its own country had a long road to its June 14 premiere. It was originally in development at CBS in 2019 with Sarah Drew as star. The CW picked it up with Baker as star in 2020.
