Kim Ferry spoke to Mashable about her experience as The Office's hairstylist, from changing Michael Scott's hair between Season 1 and Season 2 to making Meredith bald down the middle of her head. But her most interesting story comes from when Krasinski begged creator Greg Daniels to allow him to wear a wig for the final six episodes of Season 3 because he needed to cut his hair for the 2008 George Clooney film Leatherheads. Daniels rejected the idea, so Krasinski approached Ferry about making a Jim Halpert wig. "He paid for the wig — a human hair wig made by a friend of mine, Natascha Ladek, who's the best wig maker in town," says Ferry. The next day, Krasinski went to Daniels' office and made the case for the wig -- without telling Daniels he was wearing a wig.
