Austin Mayor Steve Adler was exposed Wednesday for urging the public to "stay home if you can...this is not the time to relax" last month in a Facebook video without telling his constituents he was sending the message from his timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, where he was with eight family members and guests. Turns out there's a Simpsons episode where Springfield Mayor Joe Quimby addressed the public during an "epidemic" while on vacation.
