Trial & Error's future is up in the air after NBC failed to renew the mockumentary comedy

NBC hasn't formally canceled the show, but Warner Bros. TV will begin shopping it to other platforms since the deadline for NBC to renew it has passed. Ratings have been down this season, as it moved from during the season to summer months.
