Zervos, who competed on Season 5 of the NBC reality show, is suing Trump for defamation after she accused him of sexually assaulting her and he called her a liar. Zervos' lawyers issued the subpoena to Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, which owns The Apprentice archives. “We’re gathering evidence that we believe will prove that the defendant lied when he falsely denigrated Ms. Zervos and when he denied sexually assaulting her,” said Zervos' attorney, Mariann Wang. Earlier Wednesday, Viceland announced a Tom Arnold reality show that will have him looking for Trump's "racy Apprentice outtakes."
