VH1 orders a Compton-set spinoff of Black Ink Crew

Black Ink Crew: Compton is the the third series in VH1's Black Ink Crew franchise, following the Harlem-set original and Black Ink Crew: Chicago. Premiering July 30 with a two-hour premiere, Black Ink Crew: Compton will follow Danny “KP” Kilpatrick and his crew at IAM Compton, the first-ever tattoo shop in Compton, California.
