The White House Correspondents’ Association is planning to have its annual dinner for the first time in three years, with the expectation that President Biden will attend. The WHCD had to be canceled the last two years due to the pandemic. As Donald Trump skipped the WHCD, the last president to attend was Obama in 2016.
