Aubrey Plaza has joined the cast of Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
Details about Plaza's character are being kept under wraps, but the role will mark a Parks & Recreation reunion for Plaza and Kathryn Hahn. Plaza is currently starring in the second season of HBO series The White Lotus.
The Marvel/Disney+ series will see Hahn reprise her villainous WandaVision role Agatha Harkness, and Emma Caulfield Ford will also return as Dottie. Heartstopper breakout Joe Locke was recently cast as the show's male lead opposite Hahn. WandaVision introduced viewers to Agatha as neighbor to Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) before revealing she was a powerful Salem witch with a hidden agenda. The last time Agatha was seen in the series, Wanda trapped her in Westview in her nosy neighbor persona.
WandaVision creator Jac Schaeffer will once again assume showrunner and head writer duties for Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
A release date for Agatha: Coven of Chaos has not been announced yet.
