HBO has released the first teaser for Season 4 of Westworld as an Easter egg for dedicated fans to find online. The teaser was posted to HBO's YouTube channel as an "unlisted" video, but viewers were able to find it through a link in Thrillist’s Instagram story of the New York City skyline, a reference to the new season's setting.
Titled "It doesn't look like anything to me," the teaser provides glimpses into what the new season will bring, offering a peek at a dystopian New York and promising more violence, tragedy, and flies. The characters played by Evan Rachel Wood, Thandiwe Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Luke Hemsworth, Aaron Paul, and Angela Sarafyan all make an appearance, as Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day" plays eerily in the background. Oscar winner Ariana DeBose (West Side Story) will also be featured in Season 4 as a recurring guest star.
Season 4 of Westworld returns on June 26 after a two-year hiatus. Previous seasons are currently streaming on HBO Max.
