Joe Pesci is coming soon to a TV screen near you.

The screen veteran has only taken three roles since announcing he would largely retire from acting way back in 1999, and now he's onto his fourth. Pesci will star opposite Pete Davidson and Edie Falco in Bupkis, an upcoming comedy series set to stream on Peacock. The series will reportedly depict a fictionalized version of Davidson's life a la Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Pesci is set to play Davidson's grandfather. Falco, meanwhile, will star as Davidson's mother. Davidson is set to star and co-write the series, with Saturday Night Live boss Lorne Michaels executive producing.

Best known for his film career and collaborations with Martin Scorsese, Pesci has appeared in Goodfellas (for which he won an Oscar), Raging Bull, and most recently, The Irishman. He has also starred in beloved comedies like My Cousin Vinny and Home Alone

Bupkis will mark Pesci's second regular TV role ever. He previously starred in 1985's short-lived series Half Nelson.
