Rabbit Hole: Kiefer Sutherland Will Investigate a New Conspiracy This March

The Television Critics Association 2023 Winter Press Tour kicked off Monday with panels for six of Paramount+’s upcoming releases, including Kiefer Sutherland espionage drama Rabbit Hole and the series adaptation of Fatal Attraction.

After nine seasons as 24’s Jack Bauer, Sutherland returns to the world of action television in Rabbit Hole. The actor plays John Weir, a master of corporate espionage who is framed for murder by a mysterious, world-controlling power. Rabbit Hole, which also stars Meta Golding (Empire), Enid Graham (Mare of Easttown), and Rob Yang (Succession), premieres March 26 on Paramount+ with two episodes.

Paramount+’s presentation also included a panel for Fatal Attraction, described as a “deep-dive reimagining” of the 1987 film. Joshua Jackson, who previously explored the consequences of infidelity in Showtime drama The Affair, and Lizzy Caplan (Fleishman Is In Trouble) play Dan Gallagher and Alex Forrest, who embark upon an affair that spirals out of control. Two episodes of the psychosexual thriller drop Sunday, April 30.

Subscribers interested in lighter fare should mark their calendars for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, premiering Thursday, April 6. Set four years before Grease — before rock ‘n’ roll was king and the T-Birds ruled — the 10-episode series follows four misfits who form Rydell High’s first clique, the Pink Ladies, ushering in a moral panic that changes the school forever. The musical dramedy features a host of up-and-coming stars, including Marisa Davila, Cheyenne Isabel Wells, Ari Notartomaso, and Tricia Fukuhara. Jackie Hoffman also makes regular appearances as Assistant Principal McGee.

Rounding out Paramount’s spring lineup is School Spirits, a young adult series starring Peyton List (Cobra Kai) as a teenage girl investigating her mysterious disappearance from the afterlife. Based on the upcoming graphic novel of the same name, School Spirits joins Paramount+’s growing library of YA content on Thursday, March 9.

Other Paramount+ titles paneled Monday include rom-com film At Midnight, debuting February 10, and Star Trek: Picard, which premieres its third and final season on February 16.
