The Trump administration has been on the receiving end of backlash ever since the Justice Department stated that Jeffrey Epstein's client list doesn't exist. Many political commentators and influencers have had their say on the situation and Trump's following statements, with Tim Dillon being one of them.

The comedian/actor shared his take on his namesake podcast. Dillon didn't criticize Donald Trump, but theorized that the 45th/47th US President may have felt threatened into backing away from the Epstein case. Tim opined,

"Deeply evil, deeply troubling. I think Trump knows they'll kill him. I think Trump knows that they'll kill him. I think he does. Truly, I believe he knows that. I believe he knows that the people that killed all of those people would find a way to kill him if this came out. I believe that he knows that."

The podcaster asserted that Trump "believes that some faction of those people tried to kill him already." For those unaware, Tim Dillon is a well-known stand-up comedian known for his political commentary. On his self-titled podcast, the comic often rants and delivers monologues while also satirizing the popular conspiracy theories.

Tim Dillon has three Netflix specials to his name – A Real Hero, This Is Your Country, and I'm Your Mother. At the same time, he was also credited as "Arkham Guard" in Joker: Folie à Deux (2024), per IMDb. Tim Dillon has refrained from outright endorsing Trump since he first ran for the office in 2016, while occasionally criticizing and praising him.

The comedian famously hosted Trump's 2024 running mate, a week before the presidential election, on his podcast. However, Tim Dillon hasn't aligned himself with any party and told Vulture in a 2016 interview,

"I don’t think politically I line up with anything. I think it’s all fake. I think the election, I think it’s all pretend. I’m one of those; I believe in power structures and all that stuff. I would much rather talk about what’s generally called 'conspiracies,' because I find them to be closer to the actual truth of what’s going on."

Tim Dillon calls out the media's “Nothing Happened" conspiracy theory around the Epstein case

The stand-up comedian ranted about the possibility of the US President feeling threatened to pursue the infamous Epstein case. Dillon shared a theory that the mysterious deaths of many people in the past might have alerted POTUS. He asserted that despite many good and bad things about him, Trump is not "a selfless hero." Tim Dillon continued talking about how Trump is not "dying for this," referencing the controversial case.

As the podcaster continued to rant, he also called out certain media outlets for running a conspiracy theory. He said,

"The other thing that's on the table that the media is now running with, bless their heart, is that nothing happened. That's actually a theory that Epstein was like a creep. And Trump even said this creep."

While referencing one of Epstein's crimes, Tim Dillon described him as "an evil monster." He went on to rant about many widely accepted conspiracy theories and questioned the media outlets for clubbing the Epstein case with them.

Dillon also cited the US Attorney General Pam Bondi's past statement mentioning the evidence found against the deceased convicted s*x offender. He asserted that everything that happened in the Epstein case and his mysterious death is not a conspiracy theory.

    Tim Dillon added,

"Isn't it odd to anyone that there are people writing op-eds and these are like smart people and they go, ‘Well, there's a conspiracy. You know, that's the whole thing. Everyone loves conspiracies because they're, and actually this guy, he's yes, there's bad people out there. Bad people do bad things.’ That's the intellectual response to this. ‘Some people are rich and they're bad.’ Yeah, prosecute them."

As mentioned, Trump and his administration have been facing backlash for the last few days following the DOJ's statement on a non-existent client list of Jeffrey Epstein. While there are reports of internal rifts with MAGA supporters being seemingly divided, Donald Trump has backed Pam Bondi, stating that she is "doing a fantastic job." He wrote on TruthSocial (via CNN),

"What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’ They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening. We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein."

For those unaware, the US Attorney General has been under fire for a recent memo from the DOJ and FBI. Previously, Bondi indicated during a Fox News interview that the Epstein List was "sitting on my desk right now."

However, the White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, during a recent press briefing, claimed that Bondi implied the "entirety of all of the paperwork" related to the case and not the client's list. Pam Bondi also clarified that she was referring to the Epstein file and not the list during her February 2025 interview.
