The Simpsons Classic April Fools Day Shenanigans

In this clip from a 1993 episode of The Simpsons, Homer is reveling in pulling April Fools Day pranks on Bart, but Bart doesn't take losing a prank war lightly. In fact, his revenge prank is nearly apocalyptic. Meanwhile, Lisa shares the history of the holiday, tracing it back to pagan rituals that don't go well for Ned Flanders and family. Also, the Sea Captain's sense of humor could use a little deck-swabbing.

The Simpsons airs Sundays at 8:00 PM ET on Fox.
