The End of an Era as Jeopardy! Airs Alex Trebek's Last Episode

37 years after making his hosting debut on Jeopardy!, and two months after his passing from pancreatic cancer, Alex Trebek's final turn as the long-running quiz competition's master of ceremonies airs today. The last in a set of episodes that Trebek taped before his death in November, tonight's episode is set to include a tribute to the beloved television personality.

Also today: The second season of Dickinson premieres on Apple TV+, Disney+ helps viewers bone up on Marvel's Wanda Maximoff and Vision ahead of their series debut next week, and Martin Scorsese's new Netflix series spotlights a legendary New Yorker. SEASON PREMIERE: Returning for more "literary fan fiction" (as Aaron Barnhart reluctantly put it last year) the second season of Dickinson finds the show's titular writer reaching out to the spirit world in her quest to become the world's greatest poet. SERIES PREMIERE: Disney+ continues to take its parent company's storied self mythologization to new levels, premiering Marvel Studios: Legends, which aims to be for Marvel Cinematic Universe characters what Biography is for real-life people of note. The first two episodes drop today, with the stars of the streamer's upcoming WandaVision series, Wanda Maximoff and Vision getting their time in the spotlight. Streaming on Disney+

NBA BASKETBALL: ESPN is set to air its second doubleheader of the week with two marquee national game telecasts tonight:

• Charlotte Hornets vs. New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center at 7:30 PM ET on ESPN
• Los Angeles Clippers at Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center at 10:00 PM ET on ESPN

LIMITED SERIES PREMIERE: Ten years after profiling her in his HBO film Public Speaking, Martin Scorsese is giving Fran Lebowitz another platform from which to take loving potshots at her hometown in Pretend it's a City, a new six part romp through the mind of the legendary raconteur.
