Biden Delivers State of the Union, Netflix Bows Worst Roommate Ever

The broadcast and news networks hand over their airwaves tonight to President Joe Biden, who will give his first State of the Union address since assuming office in January 2021. Also today:  Worst Roommate Ever explores terrifying tales of cohabitation, and Netflix expands its animated library with Guardians of Justice. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:

State of the Union Address: Special presentation. President Biden speaks before a joint session of Congress. Biden’s speech will be followed by a response from Iowa's Republican Governor, Kim Reynolds. 9:00 PM ET on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX

Worst Roommate Ever: Complete docuseries. Blumhouse Television and Netflix partner on a new series that tells four true stories of seemingly harmless roommates who became real-life nightmares. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

Guardians of Justice: Complete Season 1. When their seemingly fearless leader self-destructs, a team of troubled superheroes must confront festering evil in the world. The new series hails from Adi Shankar (Castlevania) and features a variety of different animation formats, plus voicework from Denise Richards, Derek Mears, Kellan Lutz, and Jackson Rathbone. Streaming on Netflix

Promised Land: New episode. The Latinx wine drama moves to Hulu after ABC yanked it from its prime time timeslot after just five episodes. Streaming on Hulu

Superman & Lois: Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) tells Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) that she and Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) plan to do a deeper dive into the Inverse Society, while Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Sarah (Inde Navarrette) comfort each other after the fallout at Sarah's quinceañera. Love is Colorblind: Complete Season 1. Not to be confused with reality show Love Is Blind, this Filipino romance follows a young artist (Donny Pangilinan) who becomes colorblind following an untimely accident. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

Teen Mom: Family Reunion: Season 1 finale. MTV’s Teen Mom event concludes with a dramatic final dinner and a surprise guest. 8:00 PM ET on MTV

NHL Hockey: The Columbus Blue Jackets host the New Jersey Devils in a Metropolitan Division matchup. 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT on Hulu and ESPN+

NBA Basketball: TNT offers back-to-back games for basketball fans:
