Netflix plays on viewers’ sense of nostalgia today with Blockbuster, a workplace comedy set in the last Blockbuster Video in America. Created by Superstore and Brooklyn Nine-Nine alum Vanessa Ramos, the half-hour sitcom stars Randall Park as a Blockbuster manager determined to survive the digital age.

Blockbuster: Complete Season 1. Cinephile Timmy Yoon (Randall Park) has spent his entire adult life managing his hometown Blockbuster Video, but when he learns his store is officially the last in America, he has no choice but to stay open and keep his friends employed. Together, Timmy and his staff come to realize that being home to the last Blockbuster might be exactly what their community needs to rekindle the human connections lost to the digital age. Titans: Season 4 premiere. After saving Gotham, the Titans hit the road and head back to San Francisco. Low Country: The Murdaugh Dynasty: Complete docuseries. Filmmakers explore the legacy of the Murdaugh family, whose decades of powerful influence over the legal system in the South Carolina lowcountry unraveled amid accusations of fraud, deception, and murder, in this three-part series. Chris Redd: Why Am I Like This?: Comedy special. Recently-departed SNL star Chris Redd digs into his experience with therapy, crying in the club, and realizing he’ll never be tall enough to dunk in his first HBO Max special. Sesame Street: Season 53 premiere. The beloved children’s show returns with a new season focused on helping kids develop a healthy self-identity and sense of belonging. Season 53 features a host of guest stars, including First Lady Jill Biden, Ava DuVernay, and Ted Lasso’s Brett Goldstein, and introduces new character Ji-Young, a Korean-American girl who made her debut in a 2021 special. Bosé: Series premiere. Paramount offers an intimate look at the life and career of Miguel Bosé in this biopic about the Spanish singer-songwriter. The Capture: Complete Season 2. As the manipulation of the media and interference in politics escalates, DCI Rachel Carey (Holliday Grainger) finds herself in the middle of a new conspiracy involving “invisible” assassins, the rise of deepfake technology, and the tension between government and Big Tech. The Suspect: Complete limited series. Aidan Turner (Poldark) stars as Dr. Joe O’Loughlin, a successful author who is asked to weigh in on a murder case by police officers DI Vincent Ruiz (Shaun Parkes) and DS Riya Devi (Anjli Monhindra).
