Days of Our Lives weekly preview sees Sophia suffer a psychological break, Sarah confronts Xander, and Alex warns Jeremy about past actions

Sarah will have a furious confrontation with Xander, leading her to throw him out when his deceit about Philip's attack is confirmed. Meanwhile, Alex will wrongly accuse Jeremy in a tense showdown, unaware that EJ is the true culprit behind exposing Stephanie's secret. Sarah Confronts Xander's Deception

This week on Days of Our Lives, Sarah and Xander’s marriage will reach a breaking point. As seen in the weekly promo, Maggie states that Xander has been lying to Sarah. Pushed to the limit, Sarah will demand that Xander confirm he did not attack Philip.

Further, Xander will be unable to deny the accusation, a silence that will confirm to Sarah that he has betrayed her trust and lied to her once again. This devastating realization will leave Sarah furious. 

Spoilers suggest that in a dramatic display of her anger and heartbreak, she will remove her wedding ring set and throw it aside before forcefully kicking Xander out of their home. This confrontation appears poised to shatter the Kiriakis marriage, leaving their future uncertain.

Alex and Jeremy's tense confrontation

Elsewhere on Days of Our Lives, a tense scene will unfold in Salem’s town square as Alex confronts Jeremy. Alex will insist that Jeremy has some nerve, though Jeremy will appear confused about the accusation. 

Alex will fire back, declaring that he knows what Jeremy did. During the confrontation, Stephanie will step in, cautioning Alex that Jeremy is not worth it. However, this entire confrontation is based on a misunderstanding. 

Sophia's psychological break

Further on the daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives, spoilers indicate that the mounting pressure will finally crush Sophia. Having been found, she will face intense backlash from those she has wronged due to her extensive web of lies. As Sophia’s mother, Amy, will be questioning her daughter,

“Is it true, Tate’s not the father?”

Further, Tate will push her, saying’

“Why wouldn’t you just tell me?”

Meanwhile, will be annoyed, as he says,

“You’ve been lying to my son.”

And Chanel will just be waiting for her answers, as she exclaims

“We just want you to tell us the truth.”

This stress will prove to be too much, and the weekly preview reveals Sophia collapsing on the floor of the pub. Rushed to the hospital, Sarah

will examine her and deliver difficult news to Amy. 

"It seems Sophia has suffered a psychological break," 

Sarah will admit in the preview video, confirming a grave situation. The footage will then show Sophia in a seemingly catatonic state as Amy embraces her. However, given Sophia's history as a crafty character.
