Comings

Kelly Thiebaud: In July 2025, Kelly Thiebaud comes back to General Hospital without warning. While Thiebaud's Dr. Britt Westbourne was killed off in January 2023, she is now back in Port Charles. It's a bit unclear, if Thiebaud will play Britt again or a new character. Fans are wondering if she will come back, especially since her on-screen mother, Liesl Obrecht (played by Kathleen Gati), has also come back.

Chris McKenna: McKenna reprises the role of Jack Brennan. He will appear more in future episodes due to a major storyline. McKenna's return as Jack Brennan is expected to advance new storylines.

Michael Knight: Michael Knight reprises the role of Martin Grey, a key character in multiple stories. Knight's return will bring Martin back into the mix, where he'll interact with other main characters like Tracy.

Sofia Mattsson: In July 2025, Sofia won't appear as Sasha Gilmore. Mattsson joined General Hospital in 2018 as a recurring character. Following all these years, Sasha was a major part of the plot, but her last appearance was aired on July 18, 2025. 

Parry Shen: Parry's brief role as Brad Cooper is now over. Since his first appearance on the show, Shen's character has been a part of many stories. But as of July 2025, he was done with his appearance. So he was no longer in Port Charles. Several times, Shen's character was involved in complicated relationships.

Kelly Thiebaud as Dr. Britt Westbourne: Kelly Thiebaud's return has made people wonder if Dr. Britt Westbourne is going to come back to life. Though Britt was killed off in January 2023, she could return back to life now since Thiebaud as well as Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) are there. No official information has been released yet.

Other appearances

Tristan Rogers: Tristan Rogers as Robert Scorpio came back during the week of July 21, 2025. Rogers' return was part of the exit storyline for Sofia Mattsson’s character, Sasha Gilmore. During his cameo, Robert reunites with Sasha and meets her newborn daughter, Daisy.

Carolyne Maraghi: Carolyne Maraghi appeared as Greta in a recent episode. The character had interactions with Danny (Asher Antonzyn) at the Metro Court pool and later with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) at the airport. Maraghi’s role appears to be a short-term but primary one in the ongoing storylines.

Erika Slezak: The six-time Emmy winner will be joining General Hospital. She is best known for her role as Viki on One Life to Live. Even though no one knows for sure what Slezak's role is yet, her arrival may cause a stir, especially since she is a famous daytime host. The part her character plays and how it affects Port Charles are still a secret.

Bryce Durfee: Bryce Durfee, who previously appeared in Passionflix’s series Driven, is joining General Hospital to play Vaughan. Vaughan’s character will be closely tied to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) as she trains for the WSB (World Security Bureau). His role is expected to bring additional intrigue to Josslyn’s storyline.
