Erika Kirk, CEO of Turning Point USA, founded by her late husband, Charlie Kirk, spoke with Shannon Bream on Fox News on Saturday, December 27. The political activist was shot dead in September this year.

She told Bream that her faith in God remains unshaken. She added that she speaks to God daily and never questioned why she lost her husband.

    She said:

“I talk to God, like I said, the same way: ‘God, use me. God, heal my heart. You know my pain, you know the depths of my pain. Walk through this with me. Put the people in my path that will help heal me and guide me and direct me and keep me in lockstep with your will.”

Erika said that she wants to keep her wishes limited to what God wants for her at the moment. She stated that she does not have the desire to have anything else apart from that by using a “10-foot pole.”

Furthermore, the businesswoman and podcaster also responded to the critics, saying that there has been a lot of “noise” since she and the organization have been carrying on Charlie’s legacy. Erika claimed that this is expected to happen. She added:

“Whenever you are over the target, there will, the enemy, I mean we’re in enemy occupied territory. There will always be noise and there will always be people that will distract you.”

Netizens reacted to Erika Kirk’s frequent appearances on stage following her husband’s death for some time on X (formerly Twitter). Erika’s conversation with Nicki Minaj, which took place a week ago at TPUSA’s event, is also creating headlines.

Multiple memes have now erupted online, with users comparing Erika’s situation to those of other women who lost their husbands. One of them wrote:

“Why are these STILL getting funnier.”

A user questioned whether any other woman has been in the spotlight as much as Erika.

“Has a grieving widow ever embraced the media spotlight as much as this woman?” @mtracey commented.

An individual seemed to support Erika’s actions at the same time.

“Everyone grieves differently. Ericka Kirk, prayers up,” @bethbourdon said.

Another person shared a clip of a car throwing fireworks and wrote:

“Erika Kirk seen leaving America Fest the other night.”

Erika Kirk referred to the Nehemiah on another occasion this month

Erika’s husband was shot dead in September. While it led to a lineup of tributes on various platforms, multiple conspiracy theories about the incident began to emerge online at the same time.

Erika shared a direct response to the same when she spoke to Harris Faulkner earlier this month. The businesswoman addressed Nehemiah, saying that it had always brushed off the critics when Charlie was busy working, and it had been an inspiration for her to carry forward his legacy.

“Every single time, he had the same message, four times in a row: ‘I cannot come down. I am busy building.’ That is how I feel. I do not have time to address the noise,” Erika added.

The nonprofit executive stated that her silence should not be considered “complacent” and that it does not imply that her organization was involved in everything that happened.

Furthermore, Erika refused to reveal the details of where Charlie was buried, saying that she wants her children to pray at the place peacefully without any intervention.
