Internet personality Loloverruled has found himself in troubled waters, as many online continue to call out his inappropriate behavior towards women. It all began this weekend when X user Hana Kanata (@KatanaSpeaks) shared a post claiming many have accused him of being a "s*x pest and serial abuser."
Since then, many women have come forward to share their experiences with and stories of the influencer's misconduct, sparking a controversy.
For context, Alex Peter, who goes by the moniker Loloverruled, is a social media personality who rose to fame in the early 2020s sharing content surrounding social justice, protests, and the power of social organization. He frequently appeared alongside fellow political commentator and streamer Hasan Piker, a.k.a. HasanAbi.
On Saturday, X user @KatanaSpeaks shared a series of posts calling out Alex Peter. One of the tweets included screenshots of alleged posts by the influencer shared from the account @notlolomain. They described his s*xual experiences with women. In one he suggested he "felt nothing" while being intimate with "one of the hottest women (he'd) ever seen." In another he wrote:
"I got to a point where i was f**king so many people from behind in my bed, i had an out of body experience and i directly connected with leonardo dicaprio wearing his sound canceling headphones as he bangs and i finally understood perpetually alone, peter pan, never grow up."
In response to @KatanaSpeaks' posts, several women began sharing their experiences with Loloverruled. This included user marina (@marinadovexo) accusing Peter of threatening her. He reportedly said that if he ever "hurt" her, she was "powerless" because people "like(d)" him more, making it easy to call her a "liar" and "ruin (her) life." In a separate post she alleged she had stories from six others that suggested he was a "s*xual creep."

He had recently privated his Twitter, stating he’s “not ready to talk about it all yet” and currently in the midst of an “intensive outpatient therapy program” pic.twitter.com/BygfoWyQvv
Another user, Jessica Starling (@J3ssicaStarling), claimed she had "video evidence of Loloverruled being a "s*x pest." He allegedly sent a video of himself m**turbating to an escort while they were exchanging messages online. Starling, a s*x worker herself, continued:
"I have heard some things here and there about lolo because, I have heard, he likes to be in left-leaning SWers’ DMs, and I am among left-leaning SWers. I have seen him, as I’ve said, in a friend’s DMs. The behaviour of trying to get free s*xual attention from s*x workers because of your inflated perceived value of yourself as an online influencer is, IMO, absolutely s*x pest behaviour."
X user mango (@shawtyofcolour) shared an old tweet of Loloverruled that she had a screenshot of (since deleted). In the post, the influencer wrote:
"Running on opening the border to let in as many thick latinas as possible."
The discourse soon spiraled into comments about believing victims, especially s*x workers, when they speak out against their abusers.
The allegations against Loloverruled soon made it to the Hasan Piker-centered subreddit r/Hasan_Piker. The claims were met with doubt, some questioning their credibility. This prompted @KatanaSpeaks to call out the comments, writing:
"I need yall to read the comments on this Reddit thread. Even the OP agrees that the response to Alex being exposed is not empathetic enough. If we want to end r*pe culture, it begins with how we respond to situations like this."
As the allegations began circulating online, Loloverruled disappeared from public view. This X account has since been made private. In one of the screenshots (shared by X user @Awk20000), Peter seemingly responded in the immediate aftermath of the accusations. He noted that he was "not ready to talk about it," adding:
"There are things I want tp talk about and have been mulling over how to even do it or if I should (in public). I am, however, in midst of an intensive outpatient therapy program which is good."
He added that he was unsure about when he would be back.
Another post on the r/Hasan_Piker subreddit shared screenshots of another statement that Loloverruled posted (now deleted). In the apology, Peter addressed the claims levied against him, stating he was "embarrassed and ashamed" of his behavior.
"(I) have been a real a**hole. I don't deny that at all. I know many people are disappointed, and I am disappointed in myself. I have hurt people emotionally and I regret it immensely."
He admitted to "slid(ing) into a lot of people's DMs" but added that he didn't think it was a "huge deal." He denied sending any unsolicited photos of himself but added there might be instances where he "misread the conversation." He also refuted threatening anybody, even asserting such claims were "libel and defamation."
"I take full responsibility for making people uncomfortable," he wrote.
Notably, after deleting the original lengthy apology post, he posted a follow-up, writing:
"Ok clearly I need to apologize to people and don't know exactly how to do it. I am sorry for being an a**hole. I will say more later. Logging off."
A follow-up explanation of the apology deletion was posted and deleted pic.twitter.com/723dkeZIuA

Meanwhile, during a Twitch livestream on Monday, HasanAbi, too, brought up the allegations. He called out people likening the claims involving Loloverruled as "drama," asserting that his behavior was "straight-forward creep sh*t."
Noting that he wasn't "privy to" the behavior, Piker added:
"If that's what you guys are referencing as drama, you're a psycho. That's not drama at all. This dude, apparently, was all up-and-down, being a f**king pest, and it's completely unacceptable."
The streamer added that Loloverruled seemed to be "sending unsolicited DMs, and being creepy and pushy, and a pest overall," which was completely unacceptable.
