Don't expect the Obamas to attend the Oscars

Although Barack and Michelle Obama are producers on the Oscar-nominated documentary American Factory, the film's co-directors say their attendance would be too disruptive. “They’re very mindful that if they go somewhere it becomes a big deal, and they’re great about: The spotlight should not be on them, it should be on the people in the stories," says co-director Steven Bognar.
