Brady, like Michael Jordan, has won six championships and is considered the greatest in his sport. So he'll be the subject of The Man in the Arena, a docuseries airing in 2021 that will look back at the quarterback's 20-plus-year NFL career, including all nine of his Super Bowl appearances with the New England Patriots. This will be Brady's second docuseries after Facebook Watch's Tom vs Time. The Man in the Arena will be directed by Gotham Chopra, who was behind Tom vs. Time and is also working on Brady's Apple TV+ docuseries Greatness Code. "Nine Super Bowl appearances over the course of 20 years is an achievement on an unmatched level. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Tom Brady as he reflects on each of those nine, season-long journeys and the pivotal moments that defined them,” said Connor Schell, ESPN's executive vice president of content. "Gotham Chopra is a highly skilled filmmaker who I am confident will bring to life this story of an icon in a new and revealing way."
