NBC orders comedy pilot Aunties comedy pilot from The Amber Ruffin Show team

Amber Ruffin Show writer Shantira Jackson will pen the comedy loosely based on her life on what happens when a young woman goes back home and helps raise the women who raised her. Amber Ruffin, Seth Meyers and Mike Shoemaker will serve as executive producers. Jackson, who also writes for the Saved by the Bell reboot, recently appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm as a Hulu executive.
