Atlanta's Surreal Season 4 Teaser Brings the Cast Back to Their Hometown

After a quick jaunt to Europe, the Atlanta crew is returning to their hometown in Season 4.

On Friday, FX dropped a surreal new teaser for Atlanta's final season that sees Earn (Donald Glover), Alfred "Paper Boi" Miles (Brian Tyree Henry), Darius (LaKeith Stanfield), and Van (Zazie Beetz) back in Atlanta after spending a season in Amsterdam.

While the trippy new teaser doesn't reveal any specific plot details, it features a variety of surreal shots with references to past seasons. As Earn and Van watch cereal and a piano fall from the sky, Darius skids onscreen in an invisible car. An ostrich egg also lands on the street and hatches a full-grown bird, while an alligator crawls along the side of a building.

The teaser ends with the four characters walking towards screen then plummeting cartoonishly away, seemingly into the ground.

Atlanta Season 4 premieres this September, with a specific date yet to be announced. Seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Hulu.
