Heartstopper breakout Joe Locke has joined the cast of Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
While few details about his character are known, Locke is reportedly set to play the male lead opposite Kathryn Hahn in the WandaVision spin-off. The Marvel/Disney+ series will see Hahn reprise her villainous WandaVision role Agatha Harkness, and Emma Caulfield Ford will also return as Dottie.
WandaVision introduced viewers to Agatha as neighbor to Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) before revealing she was a formidable witch from Salem. The last time Agatha appeared in the series, Wanda trapped her in Westview in her meddling neighbor persona. WandaVision creator Jac Schaeffer will once again take the reins as showrunner for Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
Locke broke out earlier this year playing gay teenager Charlie Spring in Netflix original series Heartstopper. The series quickly became a success and has been renewed for a second and third season.
A release date for Agatha: Coven of Chaos has not been announced yet.
