Trust is more important than ratings, says new CBS News president Susan Zirinsky. “There is a desperate hunger for authentic, no-spin news,” Zirinsky says. “And that is the baton that’s being handed to Norah." O'Donnell's network newscast will focus more on Trump thanks to its relocation to Washington, D.C. "Washington gives us a tremendous advantage,” says Zirinsky, adding: "It's time to shake things up."
